I'm sure that the sandwiches probably taste good, but unfortunately I asked for no tomatoes (which the cashier did put on the order) but the kitchen staff didn't follow this request... I ordered Togo and did not check my order until I had gotten home. Unfortunately I have a tomato allergy so I can't eat this without feeling extremely itchy afterwards, so my 2 stars is a reflection of this experience.

But for a $15-20 sandwich, please get the orders correct...

Saw the owners response to the review about the music being too loud and they never even tried the food. Had me laughing and wanted to try the food immediately. I wish more owners would respond to negative reviews like that more. We went for lunch today. The staff was very inviting, music was great and the sandwich was delicious. Nice to have a good sandwich spot in the neighborhood.

Mario is the cashier and Orlando is the chef and when I tell you I never leave reviews but this was the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. I called them to thank them ? I had the harvest definitely gonna be a guilty pleasure. Incredible

One of my Top 5 Sandwich Shops in SoCal. All the ingredients are fresh and love the Dutch Roll Bread. Not to mention the Sandwiches are huge.

These sandwiches are huge and delicious. An XXL one can feed 3-4 people. Their pastrami is lean but high quality and they pack a lot on there. Great cold cut sandwich too, very flavorful, and their bread is good.

This place is sooooo good! I tried the turkey sando. They made it warm and the bread was perfectly toasted. Incredible taste and flavors. One of the best sandwich places in LA!

Stopped by during lunch today for a Tuna sando, which I was not too fond of (reasons below). The owner Ben approached my table to ask how everything was, and I told him straight up it was disappointing.

It's never easy to hear constructive feedback from strangers, but I give him huge props for listening, offering to refund my meal, and then giving me another sando to-go after I declined his refund offer.

He gave me a Melrose with some of the bread hollowed out, and WOW! That was a tasty sando that I will be coming back for. That Melrose spread is killer.

Excellent service. Big, clean space to dine in.

On the Tuna sando:
Bland & dry. Tuna mix needed more mayo, pickles, onion, salt, & pepper, and to be mixed more thoroughly. It lacked in acid as well. Their menu claims mustard, but I didn't see or taste any. I love havarti cheese, but it overpowers the tuna here - I'd swap it out for something lighter (provolone, swiss, white American).

Other slight knocks:
Expensive. The music makes me wonder if I'm in a club?
