Tom was quick and responding to the voicemail. I left on his number. Called me in less than 10 minutes. Fortunately for me he had his guys on site in less than 45 minutes! This is not always to be expected, but it pointed out they were doing their best to respond to everybody as fast as they could. The technicians were delightful and polite, and they quickly diagnosed my problem as only a bad capacitor, which they had in stock in their van. The charges were more than reasonable for the value their service provided! I’m very happy to have called them!

Tom and his team installed HVAV in our home that had baseboard and window units prior. They did a great job and had the entire system done in two days. They did quality work and the price was great. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

If I can give a minus 1 star I would. We’ve had this company come out several times and nothing has been accomplished. The last guy that came out said, “I guess it’s the best it can perform during this heat”. Really is that what you guys came up with? And he also said that our A/C unit is already being wore out. The house was built almost four years ago and their result is, it’s getting wore out. Never again…

I can't stress enough how grateful I am for these guys to come out and fix my AC. My AC went out and for 3 days my house was between 85-90 degrees even through the night. After I failed to fix it myself, I finally called these guys and they arrived early the next morning and within half an hour my AC was back up and running and the house was cooling down again. I was surprised to see how reasonable the bill was. Look no further, call these guys, you won't be disappointed!

After first company tried to “fix” the AC by replacing the motor - an expensive guess - they ended up reinstalling our original motor and left part of the AC unit disassembled when they left. The techs at Dawson figured out what was wrong in 30 minutes, and came back early the next day, having repaired the blades from the AC at their shop.
They didn’t ask me to buy any new parts - like a $600 motor. The tech who came on day two didn’t just install the fixed blades, he cleaned the coils and condenser and adjusted the Freon charge. He even made an adjustment to the 2nd AC when he noticed the water was not draining correctly. The price was fair and Dawson’s was exactly the kind of company I was looking for - techs that know how to diagnose and repair and not just replace expensive parts until it works. I highly recommend T. I. Dawson Heating & Air.

Wow couldn’t say anything better. I contacted Tom early today and wasn’t sure if anyone would be able to service our AC today due to the heat streak we have been having. Figured they would be booked solid. Tom was able to get Dave to my home by noon today. Dave met with my wife and explained everything that he was doing as well as how to work our thermostat.
My wife said he was kind and professional the entire time he was there. Hard to find that all the time.
The price was extremely fair and would recommend his company to anyone looking for a Heating&Air company.

Great company, Great employees.
Responsive, honest, knowledgeable.

The first time my system broke down I called Shenandoah; that was a huge mistake ! The guy from Shenandoah came out, replaced a fuse, charged me $350 to replace the refrigerant in the lines and left. Before he got down the block the system broke down again.

I called Dawson Heating and AC who came out the next day. They found that I had a short in my line, replaced the wire and called it a day.

I will never use another HVAC company EVER !

These guys are just PHENOMENAL !
